"Cachitos Diagonal"- new tapas spot in Barcelona
Those who live in Barcelona might know about "Cachitos" on Rambla de Catalunya, 33 but I am not going to talk about this particular restaurant . I would like to mention newly opened "Cachitos" located between Diagonal/Balmes and Diagonal/Tuset.
This "Cachitos" is very different from the one we are all so used to: so much more space, much more elegance in design and in general much nicer personell ;)
"Cachitos" on Diagonal is one of the most beloved spots of Spanish inhabitants of Barcelona, its almost full every Friday and Saturday night therefore I would recommend to book a table in adavnce, especially if you are planning to come with a group of friends.
Talking about food, "Cachitos" offers two types of cuisine to its visitors: traditional mediterranean dishes (various fish, meat, several spaghetti meals and salads) & tapas (jamon serrano, croquetas, fried eggplant with parmesan cheese, fried asparagus and etc)
Apart from that, "Cachitos" is always open till late (3 am) therefore this spot gives you a wonderful chance to enjoy Friday night drinks. A note for those who love Sangria... "Cachitos" has more than 10, 15 ...20? ;) types of Sangria in its menu.
