A sense of aristocracy in "Cafe 1907"

I've been willing to write a post about this place long time ago. I fell in love with "Cafe 1907" where I could feel a sense of exclusivity, aristocrasy and simplicity ( meaning no poshness).

"Cafe 1907" is a relatively small (around 10 tables) expensive restaurant located up in Sarria. Its' well-known talanted chef appeared in various cooking TV shows a couple of times.I was honored to talk to him once i visited this restaurant for a dinner. A young and friendly Cataln guy (around 30 years old) explained me that cooking has always been his passion since this is what all men in his family were good at.

What should you know before reserving a table in "Cafe 1907"?

First of all, reserve a table! Exactly, do that since the restaurant space is very small and is in a high demand.

Secondly, you will be pleasantly shocked by the level of service. You may order 2 dishes but in the meantime , while your food is being cooked, you will be continiously given different snacks and not only! You will even be served various meals such as:soups or salads. (Reminder: you ARE NOT GONNA ORDER THEM). All these things act as a compiment from a restaurant and its' chef.

Thirdly, each dish will be served as a masterpiece, beautifully decorated with flowers. In case you order tartar, it will be made right in front of you and you will be asked what you would like to add to your course.

I hihgly recommend this place for a romantic dinner or important family event. Trust me, it will be that one in a lifetime experience!
