CURIOUS FACT: Since people in Russia do not have a fixed time for having  breakfast/
lunch or dinner, restaurants are open all day long and most of them late till 
night or even 24/7.

Since I go back to Russia two or tree times per year I am aware of what is going on in terms of "where to have a coffee", "grab a bagel" or "have a sophisticated dinner".  Since Moscow is the capital of Russia, it has a huge variety of food ítems to offer. From cupcake stores to anti-cafes, from simple bistros to expensive italian, french, japanese , arabic or any kind of cuisine restaurants.
