''Cañadio'' , Madrid - creative cuisine that will make you want to come back
Today I have been to one of the best tapas places in Spain. Frankly speaking , I didn’t find this place by myself but a spanish friend of mine recommended (actually insisted on) visiting this restaurant.
So this place really left me speechless, the BEST tapas, the best main courses & desserts. The way the food is served deserved a proper respect since you can call this restaurant’s cuisine CREATIVE & kind of exclusive. Just for you to have an idea, the food you can try can be a cheese plate with truffle oil or beef rolls with jam , cheese , mashed potatoes with avocado & some jam.
I have personally tried steak tartar (cause I simply LOVE it and take it everywhere I can find it) , this steak tartar was the BEST one I have tried in my life and trust me, I have tried 100’s of them… Apart from steak tartar, I took cheesecake that is prepared right in the kitchen of the restaurant and I am gonna bet 100 $ that this is a one of a kind dessert…
The only obvious disadvantage is slow service… But that’s understandable due to how crowded the restaurant always is.

MY CHOICE: Steak tartar & cheesecake
AMBIENCE: Something between modern & elegant
FOR WHO: Anyone looking for something special ;)
PRICE: $$$+ (expensive for tapas , for example but totally worth it) Average starter plate price: 15-17 euros
